Monitor Remote Print Center (RPC) Activity

To monitor Remote Print Center activity

1.        Go to Administration > Diagnostics.

2.        Scroll down the Test Name column till you come to the Remote Print Center Requests.

3.        Click Remote Print Center Requests to open the Remote Print Center Requests page. This page provides detailed information on the status and activity of the RPC installed on your site.

4.        To delete RPC requests, select an option in the Delete requests section, then click to Delete.
