Export

To export approver configuration policies, company address books, cost centers, data lists, spending accounts, string overrides, or users

Note: The system also supports batch product management (e.g., for adding products and adding and updating product pricing) using the Import functionality. See Batch Product Management for details.

Note: Editing Multi-Level Approval Policies: If you need to make changes to your approval policies, after exporting your approval template on the Export tab on the Export / Import page, delete all records (rows in the template) that you are not going to be modifying. This will save time and reduce the risk of introducing errors in the approval editing process because you will be importing only those records (rows) that were changed.
